To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, we Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as accounting clerk and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Calabarzon & Mimaropa and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries for month-end close and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare bank transactions and request approval of the financial Accounting Supervisor for all transactions prior to postings in SAP and payments.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and submit to superior for review and approval.
- Process accounts payable and liquidation of IVSSI employees on a timely basis and ensure legitimacy and approval of transactions prior to payment.
- Assist in the preparation of TAX schedules and BIR Forms.
- Assist in the monthly reporting such as receivables, payables, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and accruals.
- Prepare monthly invoicing of services no later than every 25th of the month.
- Prepare BOI requirements and other ad-hoc reporting.
Job Qualifications
- BS Accountancy Graduate
- With at least 1-2 year/s of experience in the field of financial and general accounting.
