The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱50,000 - ₱60,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

An integrated cold chain logistics company based in Mandaue, Cebu is now looking to hire an ACCOUNTING MANAGER! Who will manage and oversee the daily operations of accounting and will report directly to the Finance Controller.
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Full-time on-site at Tabok, Mandaue, Cebu
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of accounting (month-end and year-end process, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, Revolving fund expense report reconciliation, Cash advance liquidation, utilities, fixed asset activity, and payroll)
- Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month-end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various detailed analysis reports.
- Comply with BIR, SEC, PSA and LGUs reports and updates, including monthly/quarterly/annual BIR filing of returns, esubmission reports and epayment of taxes.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- With or without CPA license
- Minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proficient in MS Office application, accounting software and databases
- SAP experience is a plus
- High diligence and excellent analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Get work experience
