We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Pasig City and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Accounting Specialist | Kapitolyo, Pasig in our business office, ASIAPRO MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE.

We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! For Asiapro:
Payout Processing (recording and monitoring)
- Process Accounting entries of revenue payout (per payout date) (MSG-NW, ISSP, ALSG).

To check and ensure that there is no duplication of cheque payments prepared (MSG-NW, ISSP, ALSG).

Prepares and maintains accurate and correct cheque voucher entries to all payouts prepared (MSG-NW, ISSP, ALSG).As part of other Recon Team

Record CA liquidation entries

Reconcile outstanding CA with CAL entries

Send updated unliquidated CA ledgers report to members assigned per unit (mostly IMG, MDC, Contracting Group, Aviation and MSG)

Monitor existing Revolving Funds

Update google sheets for the outstanding CA and Revolving Funds of resigned members for coopshare refund

Reconcile transactions for all Advances to Member accountsFOR WORKLIFEPayout Processing and Disbursements (recording and monitoring)

Preparation of check voucher entries of payouts under Worklife (Accounting entries and issuance and printing of checks).

Processing of Worklife disbursements (Request for payment, Cash advances, Expense reimbursement, and Revolving fund).

Processing of Worklife Mandatory Benefits entry.

Processing of coopshare refund (Preparation of check voucher entries and issuance and printing of checks)

Worklife bank reconciliation

Qualifications
