For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Accounting Specialist and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

- Qualification: Bachelor's/College Degree
- Experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting

- Uphold professionalism in the work environment
We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱20,000 - ₱28,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

- Preferably BS Accountancy Graduate.
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables by filing documents in our electronic filing system
- Compile documentation and assist with filing of all corporate taxes; federal, state and local on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Develop and maintain system to account for financial transactions using chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries
- Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries
- Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries
- Strong knowledge of accrual based accounting
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted Accounting practices and SFAS Rules
- Have a working knowledge of general ledger, journal entries and profit and loss statements
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (such as advanced formulas and functions)
