Job Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Handling General Admin Task (Utility Bills, Parking, and Personnel Pass, Biometrics Checking
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders to supplies, verifying receipt of supplies
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, binding, copying, scanning etc.
- Receiving documents/transmitting documents.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
