We are hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant with full time working hours for our company office, Alburo Alburo and Associates Law Offices, for residents of Quezon & Quezon City and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and at least a Not Specified or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.
Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

1. Maintains contact lists; answers and directs phone calls or takes messages for appropriate parties;
2. Provides general support to clients and visitors;
3. Performs general administrative duties such as but not limited to: filing, photocopying, taking and distributing meeting agenda and minutes, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments with internal and external parties, providing file back up, and maintaining database records;
4. Assists in the preparation, drafting and editing of simple legal documents and client’s documentary requirements;
5. Prepares and distributes memo, email, transmittal, reports, letters, and other correspondence;
6. Performs sourcing of potential clients and prepares proposal letters;
7. Assists in maintaining the office supplies inventory;
8. Performs canvassing and ordering of supplies and services necessary for the operation of the firm;
9. Prepares plans and specifications for pickup/shipment of supplies and documents;
10. Updates monitoring spreadsheets and prepares regular progress reports;
11. Develops and maintains documents and records filing system, both physical and electronic;
12. Coordinates accordingly between and among members of the Firm, and external persons and organizations
13. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
14. Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner;
• College graduate
• Preferably with at least 1 year related experience
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Acceptable written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
