We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in our company, DENSO TEN Solutions Philippines Corporation. For candidates who reside in Pasig City and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱15,000 - ₱17,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other courses similar in nature
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process documents related to Corporate Planning, legal matters
- Filing of permits to LGU or government agencies
- Process government related transactions
- Process HR-related, procurement, importation and exportation requests or documents
- Communicates or coordinates with suppliers, non-government organizations (NGOs), and/or other third party organizations
- Prepares minutes of meetings and other related documents
- Performs other clerical tasks as assigned from time to time (i.e. filing, recording, system update)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Comfortable working with teams
- Demonstrates excellent customer service
- Good in verbal and written communication
- Records management and organization
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
