We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and domiciled in National Capital Reg and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱21,000 - ₱21,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

QUALIFICATION

Eligibility:

Career Service (Sub-Professional)/First Level Eligibility

Education:

Completion of two-year studies in college or High School

Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course

Training:

4 hours of relevant training

Work Experience:

1 year of relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares financial reports and documents for the use of fiscal agencies and Agency
  • stakeholders;
  • Encodes financial transactions to the Agency Registries and Books of Accounts;
  • Assists in the preparation of Agency Budget Proposal and Financial Statements;
  • Pre-audits claims filed before the Agency;
  • Performs a variety of skilled clerical tasks;
  • Manages financial reports and documents produced and received by the Division according to procedures; and
  • Performs such other functions and works analogous and inherent to the position.

The National Museum, a Trust of the Government, is an educational, scientific and cultural institution that acquires, documents, preserves, exhibits, and fosters scholarly study and public appreciation of works of art, specimens, and cultural and historical artifacts representative of our unique to the cultural heritage of the Filipino people and the natural history of the Philippines. It is mandated to establish, manage and develop museums comprising the National Museum Complex and the National Planetarium in Manila, as well as regional museums in key locations around the country. Currently, the National Museum national network comprise nineteen regional, branch and site museums throughout the archipelago. The National Museum manages and develops the national reference collections in the areas of cultural heritage (fine arts, anthropology and archaeology) and natural history (botany, zoology,and geology and paleontology), and carries out permanent research programs in biodiversity, geological history, human origins, pre-historical and historical archaeology, maritime and underwater cultural heritage, ethnology, art history, and moveable and immoveable cultural properties. Appreciationof the collections and research findings of the Museum, as well as technical and museological skills and knowledge, are disseminated through exhibitions, publications, educational, training, outreach, technical assistance and other public programs.
