Philippine Normal University - Government has open a job vacancy for the domicile of National Capital Reg and surrounding areas as administrative assistant - rctq with contract work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Not Specified and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support.

Position: Administrative Assistant

Office Assignment: RCTQ

Salary: Php20,754/monthly


  1. Graduate of any 4 year course with notable work experience;
  2. With working knowledge of MS Office suites and software;
  3. Can operate equipment such as copier machines;
  4. Has knowledge of stock inventory, procurement , basic accounting knowledge and  similar skills;
  5. Can work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and observe strict confidentiality of information, when needed; and
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player
  7. With Civil service eligiblity (2nd Level)


  1. Provide administrative support to the Center
  2. Respond to routine and moderately complex inquiries (in-person or telephone) from staff and people associated with RCTQ projects.
  3.  Assist in organizing, update and maintain an inventory of the Center’s supplies;
  4.  Assist Executive Assistant to ensure the upkeep of the Center and all its
  5. facilities and equipment;
  6.  Work with the Executive Assistant/Officer and relevant personnel in the procurement of supplies and services required by RCTQ
  7. Receive internal correspondence and documents to encode, forward to the person concerned and file.
  8. Assist in the preparation of the center documents in accordance to ISO processes
  9. Assist assigned administrative assistant to Project teams and ensure all documents are in order.
  10. Coordinate with the EA, AO, Director and other concerned personnel the preparation and submission of administrative or finance-related reports.
  11. Assisting in the preparation of liquidation and reimbursement report of the projects.
  12. Monitoring of Director and project expenses
  13. Assist the EA in releasing and tracking documents/requests.
  14. Provides assistance to the EA, Deputy Director and Director in the preparation of OPCR
  15. Attend the RCTQ General Meeting/Project related meetings
  16. Perform other relevant tasks that may be required by the Director, or Deputy Director, or other senior personnel.

The Philippine Normal University, then known as the Philippine Normal School (PNS), was founded on September 1, 1901 through Act No. 74 of the Philippine Commission as the first institution of higher learning organized during the American regime.

PNS was converted into the Philippine Normal College (PNC) on June 18, 1949. It became a full-fledged university on December 26, 1991 under Republic Act 7168.
