ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are seeking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with an accounting background or bookkeeping experience to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our company’s daily operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or directing them as necessary.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
2. Data Entry and Analysis:
- Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently.
- Review financial records for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends or discrepancies.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and information sharing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues regarding financial matters and administrative tasks.
4. Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records.
- Address administrative issues and find solutions to streamline processes.
5. Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Assist in organizing meetings.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- With experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges proactively.
- Discretion when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Prior experience in administrative support is an advantage.
