We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱25,000 - ₱31,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Position: Administrative Officer for Finance

Office assignment: RCTQ

Salary: Php30,531/monthly


  1. Licensed CPA with relevant work experience; preferably a good background of privately funded projects similar to USAID, Ausaid and/or OCED and other similar agencies;
  2. Extensive knowledge in the use of spreadsheets or other MS Tools used in preparing financial reports;
  3. Has a keen eye for details specially when analyzing financial reports;
  4. Knowledge of current and existing government audit rules and regulations;
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;


  1. Take the lead in providing assistance in handling funds and financial reports of the Center and its projects.
  2. Assist the Project Leaders in the management of project funds;
  3. Manage the accuracy and integrity of accounts and budgets for each project within the Center;
  4. Prepare and keep records of financial reports of the Center and its projects;
  5. Provide support, exercise judgment on priorities and maintain strict confidentiality of financial records, whenever necessary;
  6. Ensure that all financial transactions conform to the terms and conditions of project requirements as set by government rules and by partners;
  7. Prepare liquidation, reimbursement and acquittal reports due to PNU and UNE
  8. Coordinate with the University’s Accounting Unit on finance concerns/transactions of the Center and raise these concerns whenever necessary
  9. Handle the monitoring of project expenses
  10. Perform other tasks assigned by the Director and Project Leaders.
  11. Perform other tasks assigned by the University Accounting Head as needed

The Philippine Normal University, then known as the Philippine Normal School (PNS), was founded on September 1, 1901 through Act No. 74 of the Philippine Commission as the first institution of higher learning organized during the American regime.

PNS was converted into the Philippine Normal College (PNC) on June 18, 1949. It became a full-fledged university on December 26, 1991 under Republic Act 7168.
