We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Primary Tasks:

1. Accommodates/Releases receipt of cash from SDO’s for pay-out/ safekeeping at any time of the day ;

2. Approve online advice of checks & ADA issued in payment of obligations

3. Complied directives to respond to AOMs concerning Cash Section issues;

4. Facilitates fund transfers/encashments of SWAD offices – Cebu, **, Bohol, Siquijor and all SDO’s;

5. Support implementation of programs (e.g SAP, AICS etc.) by monitoring status of Cash and preparation of other related reports;

6. Acts as liaison in the absence of the main liaison officer.

7. Prepares monthly RAAF (Report of Accountability of Accountable forms)

8. Prepares correspondence and other pertinent papers for the signature of the immediate supervisor;

9. Performs other assigned tasks.

Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% of the maximum total score on ETE
