We need you to fill the position as Administrative Staff for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Cebu (Cebu City) and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱12,000 - ₱13,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Administrative staff ensures that all government permits are being complied timely and being coordinated with the direct processing department. The position holder also coordinates that trainings listed for each employees are implemented. Facility security and cleanliness should also be observed.

Join weekly rounds with ops team on facilities audit & ensure to rectification
Joins training as required
Conducts meeting with Agency in-charge ( guard & cwamsi) for alignment &
performance of agency employees including scheduling
Monitors Business Permits ( sanitary, barangay,fire,city health)
Facilitates inspections in connection to govt permits
Facilitates Store Closure documentsFDA – LTO & CPR ( online)
Facilitates DOLE 1020 documents
monitors GIS submission ( online)
Insurance – property, vehicle
Registration – vehicle
Contracts
GM requests
Documents for Notarial
Source out trainings based on the training requirement of each employee based on the list given by HRHead/COO ( training competency map results)
Coordinate trainings schedules with department heads & training centers
Facilitate bookings for airfare, hotels & transpo for business trips
