Associate HR – COMP & BEN – BGC TAGUIG (URGENT HIRING WITH DAY 1 HMO PLUS 2 FREE DEPENDENTS)

Qualifications:

·      BACHELORS – any course

·      Minimum Experience: AT LEAST 3 YEARS IN PAYROLL AND BENEFITS

·      Preferably with good presentation skills

·      Experience with SS Sickness & Maternity Notification; Filing and Benefit Processing for Maternity, Sickness and EC, Salary loan and Calamity loan; Validation of SS and HDMF loan details vs SOA ; SS Subsidy; MPL Virtual Certification; Processing of R1A/PMRF/MCIF/MDFand BIR 1905/TIN

·      Amenable to work in shifting schedules.

·      Amenable to work ONSITE (BGC TAGUIG).

·      Able to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

·      Addresses employee queries on policies and other C&B queries within SLA in compliance with timelines to ensure accurate closure of the grievance.

·      Encoding of Statutory numbers of New Hires.

·      Daily certifying of SS salary loan of employees applied online.

·      Encoding the loan details for SS Salary Loan and HDMF MPL.

·      Certifying HDMF MPL manual application of the employees.

·      Preparation of Philhealth documents upon request

·      Preparation of HDMF certification upon request

·      Preparing Philhealth Certification, CSF and MDR for employees’ hospitalization.

·      Statutory/government forms collection and validation (BIR forms)

·      Coordination of transfer of RDO

·      Endorsing of Magna Carta for women cases to Clinic for Company Doctor’s evaluation.

·      Validating and Maintaining files for Solo parent leave and Paternity leave documentations.

·      Employee Updates for Payroll Instructions

·      Assisting all expat employees with regard to their Government Numbers Enrolment online.

·      Conducting Induction for new hires every Monday

·      Enroll of members to Group Life Insurance

·      Resource speaker for Benefits induction session

·      Oversee group life insurance discussions

·      Attending concerns of employees related to their HMO coverage
