Job Description:
The Audit and Compliance Specialist will help ensure that VJ7 Printing and Packaging is complaint with all local, national, and relevant laws, regulations, and policies in order to operate the business legally and according to the laws and provisions of local government and national government and its agencies.
As the expert in all audit and compliance matters. He/she must monitor, document, and advise management on all the requirements to ensure we successfully pass our internal and external audit and government compliance matters. The job will entail coordinating not only with both local and national government agencies but with audit firms and even suppliers to ensure we successfully pass and obtain the necessary documents required by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deep understanding and comprehension of both local, government and audit laws, provisions, requirements related and needed by the operations of VJ-7 Printing.
2. Create a plan to ensure that we are methodical, strategic and successful in complying with all government and audit requirements.
3. Monitor, report, and document all ongoing audit and compliance procedures, requirements and challenges for management review.
4. Recommend and supervise execution of the all audit and compliance requirements from both local, government, and audit companies.
5. Collect, analyze, and report data that will impact process and performance and become a basis for our standard operating procedures.
6. Handle all accreditation requirements of the company with clients.
Job Requirements:
1. Successful candidate must be preferably a graduate of any Engineering, or business related course.
2. 1-2 years of experience in printing specifically in the same function is highly preferred.
3. Must have a strong initiative to review current laws and regulations and able to recommend steps and procedures as well as solutions to successfully accomplish tasks.
4. Good organization and management skills, methodical and strategic in the approach. Able to multi-task without sacrificing quality and performance objectives.
5. Advanced computer skills for data management (Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle working with government and private corporations
