- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Architecture or equivalent.
- Architecture and Civil Engineering experience is an advantage
- Technical know-how in building construction is preferred
- At least 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing related filed
- Background in customer relationship building is preferred
- Account management experience is a big plus
- People Oriented, highly driven, and possess a must win attitude Technology & Communication savvy.
- Must have 1,2,3 license
- Area of Assignment: BACOLOD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Introduces to potential customers our range of products and/or services that we offer. Maintains consistent communication and follow ups.
- Responds to queries of clients with regards to our products in a professional and timely manner. Maintains good customer service.
- Develops business proposals for existing and new customers and make suggestions as per their requirement
- Develops innovative strategies for retaining clients.
- Prepares and establishes good documentation
