We are hiring for the position of Business Support Associate with full time working hours for our company office, FUJITSU GLOBAL DELIVERY CENTER PHILIPPINES, for residents of Taguig City and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Job Responsibilities

Collate primary travel artefacts:

– Travel Itinerary

– Flight Invoice/3PTI

– Accommodation Invoice/3PTI

– Car Hire Invoice/3PTI

Collate secondary travel:

– Fuel 3PTI

– Parking 3PTI

– Taxi 3PTI

– Collate Tertiary meal 3PTIs:

– Food and Drink 3PTI

– Complete the Travel Expense Template (TET) Excel spreadsheet with the collated 3PTIs.

– Complete the Acquittal PDF with the 3PTIs numbered to correspond to the entry in the TET.

– Provide a CJI3 with lines highlighted that correspond to the collated 3PTIs for the trip.

– Initiate investigations when the figures from the collated 3PTIs cannot be located in the CJI3 to find out where it was coded to, so that it can be transferred to the correct code.

– Make notes about any issues with collating the information against the travel register entry, such as alcohol being on a 3PTI, 3PTIs being illegible, EFT stubs instead of 3PTIs, etc.

– Update the travel register in SharePoint with the information selecting the correct status for the entry to correspond with where it’s up to in the process towards claiming from the customer.

– Monitor the Travel Register in SharePoint to ensure that each entry has at least the itinerary (and the flight 3PTI if relevant), and tracking when a trip completes to then start the collation process.

– Participate in a weekly meeting to discuss progress and issues.


– At least 3 years of relevant work experience

– Finance, Procurement background (related to travel/mobility)

– Good communication skills

– Ability to handle complex, ambiguous situations, exercising judgement and critical thinking skills

– Self-motivated, proactive, team player, resourceful individual must enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and conducting detailed administrative work with accurate results

– Excellent execution delivery and problem-solving skills.

– Detail Oriented and proactive problem solver

– Works with a sense of urgency
