Job Description (Chat Support/ VA):
• With at least 1 year experience in being a Customer Service Representative/ Chat Support/ Virtual Assistant- in a Skin Clinic/ Beauty and Wellness Set-up
• Primary Function is to answer Facebook/ Instagram queries via message/ comments etc. Platform to be utilized will be Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent and professional communication skills
• Good analytic skills with accountability to provide a one chat resolution
• Patient and polite presence on chat conversations
• Educated potential clients with the services and products being offered by the clinic with superior persuasion skills.
• Successfully convert inquiries of potential clinic clients
• Coordinate seamlessly and ensure that scheduling and booking are done seamlessly.
