As the Chief Technology and Operating Officer, you are responsible in driving the Operations & Technology for ANZ Philippine Branch:

  • Document and transform our branch end to end processes to connect with ANZ global Digital Operations
  • Improve our customer service, and provide commercial insights by unlocking the value of Operations’ data and digital backbone
  • Manage all operational aspects of ANZ in country in particular the operations aspects (covering transaction processing, quality assurance, business excellence, business management, technology, property, sourcing, and administration functions)
  • Ensure provision and operation infrastructure platforms which are scalable, cost effective, secure, current, and meet ANZ business requirements
  • Ensure sound operational management to achieve efficiency and effective risk and compliance controls as the first line of defence

Role Location: Solaris One Building, Makati   

Role Type: Permanent, full-time

Shift Schedule: Dayshift schedules will be adhered to

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive years of experience in the banking-IT related areas or projects involving IT Policy and Planning/ Financial Networks and Applications/ Financial Information Systems/ Cyber Security Technologies/ Payment Technologies, etc., at senior management level.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure deployment & maintenance.  Hands on exposure to IT systems used in Banks/FIs
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and effective execution of operational planning including a proven project management capability
  • Sound understanding of Operational Risk & Compliance Management
  • Knowledge of the local laws, regulations and adopted codes
  • Effective people skills demonstrated via successful leadership and management of large teams
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Additional certifications like CISO, MCP etc. will be an added advantage
  • Cyber Security Certification as mandated by RBI for CTO & CXO
