The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for delivering Lüp’s online and printed ticket services at events throughout New Zealand, Australia and other countries as required, as well as the supporting work required before and after the event.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act on behalf of the organiser within Lüp to ensure their event is quickly and accurately set up prior to the event and maintained to meet their requirements
- Complete digital setup of events including:
- Setting up events in our systems
- Creation of products and packs for sale
- Setting up of surveys for registration
- Setting up of promotion codes for the events
- Uploading and updating of artwork
- Ensuring that events are configured to the specifications agreed upon with the organizer
- Configure payment gateways in our system
- Maintaining and updating the events as required by the Organiser
- Manage the workflow of all incoming and outgoing work, with the assistance of Client Success Support
- Ensure the event has printed tickets ready for show time, including:
- Collecting the desired artwork
- Coordinating with our designer and the Organiser’s
- Coordinating with the printing company
- Meeting deadlines to ensure the stock is delivered in accordance with the logistical requirements
- Ensure outstanding communication with the event organizer before, during, and after the event. Ensure our services are being continually improved to exceed the customers’ expectations
- Continuously meeting deadlines, both internally and externally determined
- Ensure Stripe Settlements are sent to Xero daily, and Fees are sent monthly
- Comply with all policies and procedures as set by the company
- Any other reasonable duties as required by the company
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with event organizers and all clients
- Submit to periodic security checks, including police background checks to meet our customers’ stringent security requirements.
