We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Company Nurse. For those of you who live in Bulacan and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Healthcare & Practitioner/Medical Asst with at least Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

About the Role
Location: Calumpit, Bulacan
Role Type: Full-time
Department: Operations – HR and Admin
Reporting to: HR and Admin Manager
As a Company Nurse, you will ensure that the general health and personal well-being of all employees are maintained, and geared towards maintaining a healthy work environment for all. You shall also participate in maintaining a harmonious work process environment through diligent and timely execution of administrative responsibilities.
Other responsibilities include:
- Administering first aid treatments and immediate relief to employees as needed.
- Maintaining all medical records of employees.
- Dispensing, monitoring, and issuing medicines.
- Managing and facilitating annual physical examinations of employees.
- Managing and coordinating all health issues of employees; including routine monitoring of health conditions.
- Preparing and submitting annual health reports and other health-related reports mandated by the government.
- Assisting the implementation of health and safety standards in the company.
- Assisting in bringing employees to the hospital when needed.
- Managing the petty cash fund and performing basic bookkeeping activities.
- Assisting in resolving administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and finding solutions.
- Coordinating health matters pertinent to third-party personnel deployed in the company.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Must be a licensed Nurse.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Company Nurse.
- Familiarity with Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) related concerns.
- BOSH certification.
- Willingness to perform HR and Admin support functions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- 5 day work week
