ActiveOne Health Inc., a leading corporate clinic and wellness services management company in the Philippines, a subsidiary of Reliance Health Services Inc. operated by our parent company, the United Laboratories Inc. (UniLab). Established in 2004, ActiveOne has been dedicated in offering premium health services to premium institutions. Currently, we are managing close to 350 onsite clinics facilities for over 120 corporate clients all over the Philippines. These clinics are manned by more than 1,500 occupational health nurses and physicians, servicing over 300,000 employees across industries, including business process outsourcing, contact center, semi-conductor, electronics, consumer and industrial manufacturing, and oil & gas services among others.

ActiveOne Health is accredited by the Occupational Safety and Health Center of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) with license number 1030-061915-OSHC-067, which specializes in providing occupational health services and resources for both industrial and commercial workplace settings. The company’s role is to provide assistance both to management and employees in order that the employee work environment is, to the greatest extent possible, free of occupational health and hazards.
