Bio-Strata Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Bio-strata is a 100% Filipino-owned corporation organized to serve the medical profession and the general population with pharmaceutical and health care range of high quality products.

The company was incorporated on September 15, 1981 and actual operations commenced in January, 1982 when 10 charter medical representatives were trained. These highly qualified members formed the nucleus and foundation wherein the company sought to implement the realization of its noble vision.

On November 7, 1981, Lagap Pharmaceuticals, S.A. of Vezia, Switzerland, a manufacturer of high quality products, became its first principal. During the introduction of Lagap products to the medical profession, an exceptional product acceptance was noted which indeed gained a very positive optimism on the future growth and potential progress of the Company within the Philippine drug industry.
