History

Founded on December 24, 1954, D.M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI) is known today as the “Builder of Landmarks” and one of the leading construction companies in the Philippines. DMCI has pioneered the applications of advanced engineering and construction techniques and with high technological content. The Company carries a tradition of responsiveness and innovation which sets us apart from the competition. With uncompromising integrity, time-tested and technologically complex structures it has built, DMCI enjoys the patronage of both new and repeat institutional clients, commercial customers and government. Building on its pioneering efforts, DMCI has successfully completed close to 1,000 various projects to date, both local and international.
