Lionsgate Holdings Inc. is a real Estate Business Group composed of 2 operating companies: Felton Properties, Inc (FPI) and Eagle Land Corporation (ELC).

ELC was incorporated on April 27,1985 as a real estate company. On October 2, 1987, FPI originally known as Felton Commercial and Industrial Corporation was incorporated before changing to its current name.

Both companies were formed primarily to own and invest in an income-generating commercial portfolio of office, retail and warehouse properties in the country that meets its investment criteria. As a commercial real estate group, our aim is to focus on expanding its portfolio through diversification and leading positions across multiple segments and markets to achieve a solid tenant profile.

The Group has a strong real estate property management arm with a total of 45,735.92 sqm of commercial floor area (CFA) in its managed portfolio.
