We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing an effective legal compliance program, ensuring that our company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.
You will develop and review company policies, provide guidance to management on compliance matters, and create action plans to address audit findings and compliance violations. Regular audits will be conducted to identify potential weaknesses or risks, and you will assess the company’s orientation to determine its risk level. Additionally, you will be responsible for
- Educating employees on the latest regulations and processes, as well as resolving any concerns related to legal compliance.
- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and review company policies to ensure compliance and alignment with legal requirements.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports and recommendations.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks and recommend necessary improvements.
- Assess the company’s orientation to determine the level of risk associated with compliance issues.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes, providing training and guidance as necessary.
- Address and resolve employees’ concerns about legal compliance promptly and effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Management, or any related field.
- Extensive knowledge of legal requirements and procedures, including familiarity with relevant industry regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex compliance concepts clearly and concisely.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail to identify compliance gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply legal requirements to business operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate compliance requirements.
- Sound judgment and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and other relevant tools is a plus.
