JOB PURPOSE
The Corporate Communications Officer for CEMEX Philippines will be responsible for coordination and implementation of communications plans and activities that engage key internal and external audiences with the goal of strengthening the CEMEX workforce experience and enhancing the CEMEX brand reputation. Coordinating with the communications teams in the CEMEX Region and in CEMEX Central (Mexico). the Corporate Communications Analyst will support the efficient and effective implementation of companywide communications strategies through local activations, channels, content and events. Likewise, the Corporate Communications Analyst is responsible for supporting the maintenance and development of key external channels such as the website and social media.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Responsible for supporting the strategic coordination and execution of internal communications programs to inform and engage employees in a timely and organized manner. This includes the creation and dissemination of:
-specialized campaigns (both global and regional),
– internal newsletters,
– presentation decks, speeches,
– announcements, artworks,
– videos and digital tools,
– event management
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Coordinate the maintenance of various channels including country websites and support the development of social media content of CEMEX Philippines accounts.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/ Professional Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or any related course)
Specific
· At least 3 years of experience within corporate communications
· Proficient in business and feature writing
· Experience in content development, including press releases, newsletters, graphics, advertisements, videos and photos for use in internal and external traditional and digital channels.
· Experience in internal communications/ employee communications, campaign development and implementation, activations
· Experience in social media and comfortable in using digital collaboration tools.
Preferably Experience in managing a team, internal and outsourced.
