We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Top Management with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. We are offering a salary of ₱100,000 - ₱150,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. A tech company which provides a B2B commerce application. It aims to digitalize the transactions of traditional retailers or sari sari stores, particularly in managing their inventories. For now, the capability of the app is on ordering and payment of their inventories.
Description
- Responsible for the P&L of the Company.
- Reporting directly to the shareholders.
- Managing a sizeable team consisting of dynamic individuals.
- Have full capacity in managing and coordinating all functions within the company by providing technical, operational, and commercial support.
- Lead the development of experimental business opportunities including development of baseline capabilities, definition of the parameters of success and ensuring smooth transition to operations.
- Communicate company vision to stakeholders and support translation into operational reality via various channels.
- Execute the corporate planning rhythm to ensure follow-through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates and action-tracking (i.e. Bi-weekly and Monthly Management Meetings)
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate a wide variety of technical concepts, and coordinate with technical stakeholders both externally and internally.
- Educate, train, and support the broader team to develop a holistic approach.
- Successfully collaborate internally in IT, business development, sales, product management and finance groups to leverage the respective strengths and assets of the company to achieve business objectives.
- Assist with developing business models to analyze and prioritize opportunities that give the company a competitive advantage.
- Develop, enhance & optimize product propositions.
- Manage the development of new products by working together product team, engineering team and operational team. Also monitor the overall project plan, oversee the progress, and project timeline management.
- Coordinate with merchant partner and external parties including regulatory authorities to ensure smooth product development and launching.
- Work together with marketing, sales, and operation team to better understand merchant business needs, to increase active merchants and usage, and to continuously improve customer experience.
- Evaluate, track, and monitor performance of each product and improve the performance based on the available data and insights.
Profile
- Head / leadership position in technology company / start up for min 3 years especially with product management experience and / or sales experience
- University degree
- Familiar with technology industry
- Familiar with product development / product management
- Familiar with sales operations
- Matured in outlook and thinking process
- Positive with a can-do & hands-on attitude.
- Good Interpersonal & communication skills.
- Enthusiastic with a strong interest to learn.
- Independent and ability to work under tight timelines.
- Competent in both written and spoken English.
