We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. The role is responsible for assisting the Customer Relations Supervisor and Manager in administrative tasks to ensure that the team successfully addresses payment issues after-sale (past due and delinquent accounts) including but not limited to acquiring data and documents internally and externally, coordinating with other departments, and the preparation of reports.


  • Gathers information from CRS associates and coordinate with other departments (Treasury and Accounts Receivable) for additional information on identified accounts to be issued with Notices of Cancellation
  • Reviews and verifies the Statement of Account from Accounts Receivable
  • Fills up the NOC template with the correct information before routing for signatures, after which, endorse to the Legal Dept. for notarization
  • Gathers information from Treasury Reports on returned checks, rejected checks, and unsuccessful ADAs
  • Uses standard spiels, inform the customer about the missed payment and provide options for settlement
  • Gets the customer’s confirmation and encode it in Treasury & CRS Trackers if settlement is within the month. If the settlement date is the following month and requires the computation of penalties, then endorse to the assigned CRS Associate for proper handling
  • Addresses customers’ queries/concerns/complaints via emails, Google Workspace, Facebook Chatbot, and other communication channels assigned
  • Prepares PR and GR to SAP for goods and services needed by CRS 
  • Helps improve and prepare CRS process flows
  • Ensures that all CLI and CLI affiliates’ documents are properly filed and stored in a safe area


  • A graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Management or Accounting or any relevant field
  • At least 1 year of corporate experience; real estate experience is a plus
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong computer skills and experience using spreadsheets, charting, and other software tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Strong organizational skills to work independently and to prioritize a heavy workload under the pressure of competing assignments
  • Mature, responsible, patient, pleasant, and businesslike in demeanor
  • Professional in approach and appearance
  • Possesses a pleasing personality with very good interpersonal & communications skills
  • Possesses good organizational skills, proactive, flexible with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to interface comfortably and effectively both internally and externally with a broad spectrum of personalities, and maintains strict confidentiality
  • Strong initiative skills and ability to work independently
  • Resourceful and pleasantly persuasive in nature
