Our company, Business Trends Philippines are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as customer service executive 1 yr contract(ortigas pasig) with a full time work system, which domiciled in Pasig City and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Bachelor's/College Degree which experienced in Services & Customer Service.
Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.
The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱25,000 to a maximum of ₱35,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Responds to customer inquiries, expedites critical orders, communicates dispositions, researches and resolves issues, and researches orders.
> Importing of purchase order to SAP/S4 HANA system using t-codes (ZUPLSO & VA01) to create SO for customer order and refreshing WQ (web-quote) to avoid the blocking of sales order.
> Forecasting of shipments ETD / ETA / CSD using backlog reports and reschedule reports that need to send weekly to the customer (Thailand, Singapore, and Philippines).
> Processing of delivery order using t-code (VL01N) or RPA for the shipments that need to deliver to the customer CRD.
> Requesting to warehouse to load the DO to create TO (ticket order using t-code ZTOP) to proceed the shipments including the other data’s that needed for the delivery (such as; dimension; total number of DO’s and the incoterms used).
> Updating CRD report (customer received date) in the system for the month to avoid past due date. • Updating customer for sending MRP block reports (or those SO that can’t proceed to DO) highlighting the price increase or price discrepancy (MOQ/SPQ), missing documents, stock unavailability from supplier to vendors/customer.
> Responsible in informing our sales to advise the customer to push out / pull-in the existing stocks to avoid the warehouse congestion and to avoid inventory ageing.
> Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, and teams and performing any other duties or tasks that was given requested by my superior.

- Acquired and applies working knowledge of the organization, job, practices and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of job.
- Performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.
- Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.
