JOB DESCRIPTION
- They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
- Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
- Computer Literate
- Technical Knowledge and Skill
- Has an experience in Customer Relation Function
- Has a broad experience in Public interaction
- Good in verbal and written communication
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
