JobTitle: Customer Success Specialist

Salary Range: 900-1,500 USD/ month

Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/ 5 days a week); Open to weekend schedule (Ex. Sun-Thurs, or Sat-Wed) preferably 11 am – 7 pm on weekdays EST / 11 pm – 7 am Philippine Time

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years experience in customer support, ticketing support, or customer service.
  • Expert in using a ticketing system like Zendesk is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with a knack for explaining technical things with grandma-level complexity.
  • Capable of providing simplified troubleshooting steps for non-technical customers, and has great urgency in preventing potential technical issues that might arise.
  • Familiarity with (or the ability to quickly learn) various applications: Helpscout, Notion, Slack, Stripe, PostMark, and Google Suite.
  • A strong understanding of common tech stack tools to sell online, such as email marketing, product launch strategies, CRMs, website platforms, etc.
  • Experience with membership or subscription services (e.g. Patreon). Highly confident in making sales pitch. Someone who worked in selling subscriptions would be nice to have.
  • Experience or familiarity with podcasting, or the wider creator economy (e.g. YouTube, Teachable, Thinkific).
  • Customer Service Oriented, who continuously strives for growth by asking questions and seeking opportunities to learn.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
