We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Digital Channels - Project Officer (Wallet & Loyalty). We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling assigned platform project activities
  • Ensuring timely completion of project activities and tasks
  • Certifying that the features and enhancements are precise and within BPI project standards

Main Accountabilities:

  • Project Management – Reviews business requirement documentation submitted by internal business unit. Participates in assessing solutions and gaps with products, business, ISG and vendor partners to ensure that all parties have the same understanding of the requirement and business requirement objectives are met.
  • Project Test Management – Identifies UAT scope. Prepares test activities. Produces and obtains approval of plan. Creates UAT artifacts (test cases, test scripts, etc.) in line with BPI standards. Coordinates with resources required to ensure data and environment preparedness. Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all assigned projects and maintenance requests. Ensures that test plan is carried out accordingly within the given time. Ensures that all scenarios are covered, tested and working properly according to user specifications. Reports issues and testing progress regularly.
  • Process Improvements – Participates in idea generation to improve existing project management processes. On occasion, leads process improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in any business, finance, or IT-related course
  • Must have logical thinking skills, interpersonal relationship skills, good oral and written communication skills, good
  • organization/documentation skills and proficiency with MS Office systems
  • Must have at least two years of relevant experience, in fields related to products management, operations, customer service, quality assurance or information technology
  • Must be knowledgeable Basic computer application
  • Must be amenable to report on-site, or on a hybrid work set-up
  • Familiarity with basic banking system/processes is an advantage
  • Familiarity with basic IT processes is an advantage
