The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱19,000 - ₱23,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Documentation Officer

Qualifications

✅Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or any related course

✅Preferably with 2-3 years’ documentation and liaison experience, with a background in mass paperwork collection and processing 

✅Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

✅Familiar with Overseas recruitment process, knowledge of manpower deployment

✅Excellent computer skills including management of multiple systems, applications, and databases

✅Able to leverage technology (social media and the internet) as a sourcing tool

✅Can manage high volume, wide variety of tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment

✅Must be detail-oriented and organized

✅Full-time work

✅Willing to work onsite in Taguig

Responsibilities:

✅Handle and process all documents required by POEA, government agencies, and other private customers.

✅Handle POEA matters and Job order update

✅Booking of necessary assessments, training, and other appointments needed for applicants.

✅Keep and update data of all applicants in our internal systems

✅Be able to meet strict deadlines

✅Be able to work without supervision and under pressure

✅Be a team player

✅Assist in recruitment and filling of manpower needs

✅Assist in applicants’ requirements for visa applications

✅Do recruitment-related reports as needed by the Management and Clients

✅Attend company and department meetings
