JOB DESCRIPTION
- Controls and processes incoming reservations and cancelled units;
- Records the progress of all reservations and prepares weekly, monthly and annual sales reports;
- Maintains a record of all quotations requested by the marketing department;
- Maintains showroom price-list; updates and controls price list of all projects;
- Maintains and updates the buyers’ master list;
- complete and process all the documentation needed by government agencies.
- Other clerical tasks.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree;
- With previous work experience in a real estate is a PLUS;
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- can start as soon as possible
