As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

- Responsible for coordinating Enterprise ethics and compliance activities and initiatives across enterprise. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Performs complex-level risk assessments to determine areas at potential risk.
- Conducts the most complex ethics and compliance investigations.
- Performs high level legal and regulatory research and develops strategic action plans.
- Develops training and communication plans. Manages and leads scheduled and ad hoc ethics and compliance projects.
- Delivers ethics and compliance consultation services to managers and associates across the enterprise. Requires a BA/BS degree, 3 years solid managerial experience, preferably in BPO or health insurance industry ethics/compliance programs or legal experience, preferably has knowledge of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MS/MBA or professional designation preferred.
