Our client designs creates, and delivers modern, functional, and well-built beach and outdoor products to Australian and International major discount department stores.
They are now looking to hire an Executive Assistant to work directly with their Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Checking and Prioritising emails
- Calendar Management
- Appointment Making
- Editing and retyping and reformatting meeting notes
- Preparing Meeting agendas
- Preparing various emails and/or letters to stakeholders
- Assisting in adding data to Microsoft Project / Lists / To Do
- Prioritising emails
- Filing of emails
- Allocating emails to tasks with a timeline or calendarize
- Filing of Documents using naming conventions and filing conventions
- Sending emails on behalf of the client
- Documenting processes for above as competencies grow
- Send the client a list at the end of the day of the next days appointments.
Requirements
- A prior Executive Assistant experience, ideally to a professional in legal, finance, and/or HR
- A prior secretarial experience in a business or commerce industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office platforms (MS Planner, MS Outlook, MS One Note, MS Project, MS Teams)
- Ideally knowledgeable with MYOB
- Excellent English written and verbal qualification
- High-level communication capability
- High attention to detail
- Friendly and bubbly personality
- Presents herself/himself well, and well-spoken
- Likes learning
- Quick learner
- Methodical
- Likes to be part of a team
