We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱20,000 - ₱25,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of President/CEO, the Executive Assistant is a strategic gatekeeper and master of details. EA ensures things run smoothly behind the scene so an executive’s focus remains on high leverage work. He/she is responsible in supports inbox management, email tee-ups, calendar management and scheduling, travel logistics, event coordination, expense management, and more. This role often serves as an accountability partner and gatekeeper to an executive, protecting and maximizing their time. He or she must have experience on facilitating and preparing bid documents for government projects, a deadline-oriented person who is keen to small details., communication and time management skills to assist project managers and project engineer.

Candidate must be:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Journalism, Communication Arts, or other suitable field of study is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years or more of experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Can multi-task and has a time management capability
  • Excellent English skills in both oral and written.
  • Good critical-thinking skills to gather all of the available data and problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge in a construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
