To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales, we Armed Forces & Police Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (AFPSLAI), are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as field representative (baguio branch) and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Benguet (Baguio City) and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱18,000 - ₱22,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

To efficiently attend to the receipt and pre-processing of all loan and membership applications while upholding the highest standards to customer service and compliance to internal control standards.
- Conducts marketing / information drive for purposes of generating new loans/ new members;
- Establishes identity of individuals applying for membership or loans.
- Receives , reviews and pre- processes all membership and loan applications received during marketing drive;
- Ensures completeness and authenticity of all supporting documents submitted by member seeking membership acceptance of loan approval ;
- Closely coordinates with Loans Specialists and MSS for the processing of loans and membership applications;
- Acts as Customer Relations Officer for the day as may be designated by Branch Officers
