We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. The Regional Finance Manager for North Luzon (also will handle Rizal area) will be responsible for daily monitoring of overall financial operations of the company. Responsible for identifying gaps and inefficiencies in the existing financial and other operational aspects of each Division’s/Entities’ business activities, and proposing solutions to address the gaps/issues. He/She will ensure Financial Reporting and Analysis of the Region/Entities handled are complete, accurate and timely. Effectively controls and efficiently manages regional billing and collection, its related expenses, payables and approved budgets. Ensuring that guidelines/measures are properly implemented in alignment with HO relative to the internal control systems flow including but not limited to the safeguarding all the assets of the Company. Monitors implementation of audit recommendations, brought about by internal and external audit findings. Ensures all tax implication, insurance and contracts review of the Division/Entities handled are reviewed and related exposures are covered, in coordination with HO.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- With at least 5 years of supervisory experience or with equivalent working experience in financial analysis, revenue and expense reporting, PFRS/Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and tax reporting and compliance, policy creation and implementation, audit and/or internal controls
- Has excellent PC skills (preferably Microsoft and SAP Financial System)
- Has strong analytical and problem solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and with ability to establish strong relationships across all levels and regional offices.
- Tact and good judgment in handling confidential information
- Keen on details and with intellectual curiosity
- Flexible to think beyond existing procedures, if needed, to achieve better output in addressing concerns of internal and external customers
