Our company Happy Living Philippines Corporation is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Makati City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of finance manager – cpa and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱40,000 - ₱80,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities and Functions:
A. Disbursement
1.To ensure that all accounts payable records are maintained properly and process timely payment for all suppliers.
2.To Ensure correct posting of invoices into the proper accounts.
3. To summarize payments due and communicates cash needs for approval
4.To ensure the correctness of payment by verifying all details on the invoices and supporting documents.
5.To ensure payment vouchers and checks are correctly done and completed before sending for approval & signature.
B. Payroll and Treasury
1.To check the monthly payroll, ensuring that employees are authorized in compliance with the policies.
2.To oversee and analyze payroll reports, to report discrepancies and take action accordingly in cooperation with the Human Resources Department
3. To check the payroll JV and accruals related to labor cost.
4.Day to day operation of Payroll and Treasury
5.To ensure all money and checks are deposited intact with the bank
C. Cost Accounting
1.Proper costing of products
2.Cost controls implementation
3.Inventory valuation
4. Maintains the fixed asset register and inventory
D. General Accounting
1. Ensures the correctness of all transactions in the book of accounts by doing proper reconciliation and audit.
2. Responsible for SEC/BIR/Importations and other government compliance as needed
3. Reconciles and verifies all government contributions and statutory payments.
4.Preparation of appropriate entries and process of month-end closing
5.Communicates and collects information from other department during month-end process.
6. Ensures that all service contracts, insurance and permits and licenses are updated
Other tasks as may be assigned by the Management

Happy Living Philippines Corporation was established in 1994 by a family of wine lovers with one goal in mind: to bring quality California wine to the developing Philippine wine market. Among the prestigious Napa Valley and Sonoma County wineries the company continues to represent are Chateau Montelena, Joseph Phelps, Cakebread Cellars, Freemark Abbey and Schramsberg.
The exclusive distributorship agreement with Beringer, the company’s flagship brand, was officially announced on February 200 at Cheval Blanc, the illustrious French restaurant of Makati Shangri-La Hotel. A few months after the Beringer launch, another feather was added to the cap with the signing of another exclusivity, this time the French classic varietal pioneers, Fortant de France and Robert Skalli. This was followed a couple of years later with the partnership with Vina Valdivieso, a prime Chilean Sparkling and Still Wine producer.
In 2016, the company embarked on a new journey by expanding its team, portfolio and business facility. On November 2017, Happy Living moved to a new home and opened its Tasting Room to answer every wine drinker’s needs. From timid newbies to industry professionals, curated tastings, wine classes, casual wine and food pairing sessions will be offered for sheer wine enjoyment or more progressive wine orientation.
In sync with its business expansion, a selection of curated Old-World labels has been recently introduced to the market. Among wineries represented are Champagne Duval Leroy, Chateau Croix de Labrie, Domaine Prieure Roch, and Domaine de Mauperthuis. Also in the horizon are the entry of more iconic producers as well as fun and easy to understand labels from Italy, France, Austrailia, and Happy Living’s forte, the United States of America.
