The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Accounting/Finance & Audit & Taxation.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Within your role, you will:

  • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check, and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices;
  • Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations
  • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines;
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports;
  • Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings;
  • Assist with other accounting projects;
  • Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed;
  • Keep account of all reportorial duties and compliance;
  • Maintain relations with local fiscal and governmental authorities,as well as third-party vendors/suppliers;
  • Identifies and escalates potential errors of the applications used to process reviews, as well as complex reviews that can not be solved by applying the specific procedures and instructions, to the direct supervisor;
  • Communicates permanently with the team/team members of which they are part in the purpose of performing the daily tasks assigned with maximum efficiency and accuracy;
  • Uses all necessary equipment or tools (Internet/email, work procedures, list not limiting) to complete the tasks according to the instructions received from the hierarchical superiors;
  • Has the obligation to own, retain and use the latest variants of procedures in force and appropriate tools for the prompt, correct, and efficient performance of the activity;
  • Participates in testing/launching/implementing new products or working tools;
  • Participates in any test to assess specific knowledge required to successfully perform the function held;

What will make you successful for the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Finance is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PC operating skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
