We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of HR and Admin Group Head in our company, MINERVA & COMPANY, CPAs. For candidates who reside in Cebu (Others) and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and possess a Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The HR & Admin Group Head will support the full scope of Human Resources & Administrative responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 
  • Oversees and administer the day-to-day activities of the office and perform other related admin tasks, as required by management to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Business Administration or any related courses
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field and with background
  • Required Skill(s): General HR, Compensation & Benefit, Labor relations, Recruitment, Health & Safety, Organizational development. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills including verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
  • Notable problem-solving skills and ability to make independent and responsible judgements.
  • Must be with high regard for ethics and integrity.
  • Has the ability to develop and implement HR plan, strategies and programs in line with the Firm’s overall business objectives.
  • Must have hands-on or actual experience in developing and conducting Trainings and OD Programs
  • Has the ability to develop and implement HR plan, strategies and programs in line with the Firm’s overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement Performance Management Program.
  • Must be organized, aggressive and has keen sense of urgency
  • Willing to work long hours to meet deadlines and expectations.
