Position Title: HR Generalist
Salary: PHP 25,00 – PHP 35,00 a month
Reports To: PM Manager
Primary Relationships: Internal Team
Date: May 2023
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PHT)
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events
-
Maintain and update accurate employee records, including employment contracts, personnel files, and benefits information
-
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
-
Provide support to the HR department on employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
-
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
-
Manage and track employee leaves, including vacation, sick leave, and personal days
-
Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees
-
Assist with payroll administration and processing, including verifying timesheets and processing employee payments
-
Maintain office equipment and supplies, including inventory management, ordering, and restocking
-
Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in HR administration and office management
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
-
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations
-
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
