We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱40,000 - ₱50,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization’s human resources functions. They are responsible for creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to senior management, fostering a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Policy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure that policies comply with employment laws and regulations, and consistently enforce them across the organization.

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees and facilitate their successful integration into the organization.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance issues and developing employee growth plans.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various HR-related topics.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to recommend changes in compensation and benefits packages.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are in compliance.
  • Handle legal matters related to HR, such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, performance evaluations, and training records.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics for senior management to analyze HR trends and make informed decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field
  • Experience – At least 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in a related industry
  • Certifications/licenses – knowledge in compensation and benefits trends and policies across different industries
  • Special skills – Good understanding of corporate policies, government labor and benefits regulations and business results Industry Knowledge/Network
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
