The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱20,000 - ₱26,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree Major in Psychology / Human Resource or any related course.
• With at least 1-2 years of working experience in Human resource
• Knowledgeable in the end-to-end process of Recruitment, On boarding, handling employees and other related tasks.
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and efficient
• With excellent oral and written communication skills
• Preferably within Pasig, Cainta or Taytay Rizal area
• Or willing to relocate
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Conduct interviews to job applicants
• Prepare job offer and employment contract
• Conduct employee evaluation
• Maintain a good employee relations and performance management
• Payroll preparation
• Conduct company orientation
• Maintain the 201 file
• Attend to employees’ concerns
• Monitor employee attendance
• Strictly implement company policies
• Process employees Government Contributions and Benefits (SS,PHIC and HDMF)
• Perform other related tasks from time to time
