We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related Management Course.
- With at least three (3) years of experience in all areas of personnel administration or human resource management.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent.
- Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screening to identify qualified candidates.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and current Labor Jurisprudence.
- Able to apply a high degree of discretion and exercise sound and mature judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Help in the development & implementation of HR policies and procedure.
- Proficient manpower planning, training, formulation and implementation of HR policies, exposure to function of Personnel Department.
- High proficiency in Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint and general computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Must be highly fluent and articulate in English & Filipino language.
