We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Hub Lead - Operations, Shopee Xpress (Mati, Davao). We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description:
- Manage the day to day operations within the hub using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
- Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
- Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
- Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA
- Other tasks related to the operations of the Hub
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
- Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment
- Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment
