For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Human Resource Admin Generalist (Pioneering) and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Direct Report: Human Resource Manager

Job Description:

-Assist from an HR perspective, collaborating with HR specialist/manager.

-Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

-Help in handling administrative tasks for hiring, onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.

-Assist the HR manager with benefit operations.

-Ability to analyze situations, recommend solutions and communicate effectively, demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Work with HR manager to find solutions to employee performance or behavioral issues.

-Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.

-Assist on questions related to general human resources queries.

-Attend to Adhoc task as needed in all HR aspect when need arises. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field

-Proven experience as an HR Generalist (minimum of 1 year experience)

-Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

-Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness

-Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail

-Basic knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
