To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, we Robinsons Department Store, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as information technology specialist and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Quezon City and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

- First level point person to provide technical support using the established procedure for the systems being used in Business Center.
- Coordinate and arrange the program development to add new partner’s IT requirement and BSP compliance in the BC in-house payment facility including its enhancement.
- Assist the project manager in organizing and execution of new projects which include the preparation of business requirement documents and initial users acceptance testing.
- Conduct software testing and signoff documentation for new software and new modules to be used by BC Head Office and BC counters inside the Robinsons Department Stores.
- Raise and manage tickets for completion of other units and to escalate the technical support for BC.
- Manage the updating of database to be used for Bayad and BSP reconciliation and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Has experience in system management and administration
- With exposure to project monitoring, execution and support
- Can interpret http protocols and cross-platform (API)
- With knowledge on real-time and online transactions is a plus
- Understanding of active directory & network troubleshooting
- Can process internal software ticketing support and use of the remote application
- Knowledge on SQL database administration
- Handled or familiar with enterprise systems like payment processing, but not required
